How to Reset all saved data in Microsoft Internet Explorer (Warning this process erase all saved passwords cookies and settings)

Open Internet Explorer

Under the menu "Tools" on the right select "Internet Options"

At the top there are a row of tabs select the "Advanced" tab.

on the Advanced tab select the "Reset" button near the bottom

This warning will appear Select "OK"

This dialog is your last chance to cancel select the "Delete personal settings" check box
and select the "Reset" button at the bottom

Now it will go through everything and remove all personal information.
When this is done click the "Close" button.

Than this dialog will appear click the "OK" button

Finally close Internet explorer the red X in the corner and re-launch

When this is done re-try to login again http://myaccount.ohmetering.com
